Welcome back to our Concerts for 2021

We are looking forward to this year, 2021, and providing four quality, live concerts by top musicians coming to Whangarei. The exact programme line up and dates is nearly finalised, and should be known by the time of our AGM. 

So please come and join us at our annual general meeting on Sunday the 21st of February. The election of officers and discussion of plans for the year ( as much as can be known) will take place. The regular business will be augmented by information sharing, time for questions and answers, convivial conversation, and drinks and nibbles.

New members and supporters are always welcome – please come and introduce yourself if you are new either to the area, or to the Whangarei Music Society. We’d love to meet you.

Covid 19 Assurance – ensuring your Health and Safety 

As a nation we are still at COVID alert level 1, which means that if you are unwell, particularly if you are experiencing flu or cold like symptoms, please stay home. 

Many people are also naturally cautious about returning to larger public events. Please note that our concert venue at the Old Library is nearly double the capacity needed for our usual audience. Seats can be easily spaced to ensure any necessary social distancing.
